Eating good quality gluten free food, mainly in Edinburgh
Castlehill – Dundee
Dundee is not necessarily a destination city, but with the V&A on its way and a number of great restaurants to seek out, it soon will be. I have eaten some great gluten free food in Dundee over recent years and am always thrilled when another great Dundee restaurant comes my way.
Castlehill Restaurant on Exchange Street, just behind the waterfront, is worth a visit to Dundee alone. This is a superb, small restaurant that seems unassuming and then the quality of the food catches you right there. Nicely unpretentious service and a neat wine list makes for relaxed, but fantastic, dining.
If you are in Dundee and want a wow meal, this is the place to go. No fuss about the GF and everything just aimed to delight and thrill the guests. It’s a goody!
The opinions, reviews, and suggestions on this blog are my personal views and experiences. I am not a medical expert. As with any gluten-free dining and travelling experience, it is eat at your own risk and you should always alert any restaurant or cafe to your requirements.
