Sainsbury’s has extended its free from product range and introduced new packaging. With a focus on quality and really clear, colour coded labelling which tells you which allergens have been excluded, this is a great improvement. The packaging and quality moves free from well away from the more clinical end of the food spectrum and it looks terrific.
We tested these little pots of millionaire crispy bites and some chocolate digestives – very good and probably packed with calories (though we didn’t look at that bit).
The supermarkets are all expanding their ranges at the moment and focusing on better choice and standard in the free from aisle. It really is making for a better quality of life for us gluten free eaters!
