A delicious breakfast of gluten free pancakes this morning!
I used the Doves Farm plain gluten free flour and followed a recipe from the Doves Farm website www.dovesfarm.co.uk. It is really simple and the pancakes were good. My only tip is to keep them fairly thin in the pan.
200g Doves Farm plain white gluten free flour
500 ml milk
oil / butter for cooking
Mix the ingredients together. Heat a frying pan and oil it well. Using a small soup ladle, spoon the mixture into the pan and swirl around to cover the base thinly. Flip over and then once it is cooked on each side, keep warm in a pile on a plate under tin foil, until you are ready to tuck in!
