These gluten free cheese scones are made using the Dove’s Farm recipe:
200g Dove’s Farm SR gluten free flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
.25 tsp salt
25 tsp black pepper
100g grated cheese
rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs, then add other dry ingredients and milk. Mix to a dough. Press out onto a floured surface and cut out rounds about an inch deep. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on each scone and bake at 200 degrees for ten minutes.
Enjoy buttered with a cup of tea on the beach.
